Appointment Pre-Screening
Before Your Appointment:
I respectfully ask that you submit the following Covid-19 Health declaration within 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Please reschedule if:

You or someone in your household has been recently exposed to Covid-19 or are awaiting test results.

You or anyone in your household are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms.
-
You have been exposed to someone testing positive for Covid-19 in the last 14 days.
-
You have been traveling within the last 21 days.

You will be required to wear a MASK covering your nose and mouth for the duration of your visit.
At this time some services may be unavailable.

Please NO food or drinks in the salon.

Strict cleaning and sanitizing procedures are in place.
